The Answers Before You Book
Do I own the website?
Yes. It is yours. If you ever leave, you can take it self-hosted and manage it yourself, and your CRM data (contacts and history) exports with you.
How long does it take?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks from when we have your content. You get a launch date on the call, not a vague estimate.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans are month to month. The setup fee is a one-off.
What is the monthly fee actually for?
It covers the system that runs your practice: the booking calendar, CRM, email and SMS automations, and support from a real person. The Growth and Scale plans add monthly updates, Google Business Profile work and Meta ads management.
Do I need to be techy?
No. That is the point. We build it, we run it, and when you need something changed you send a message. We respond within 48 business hours and start work then.
What is GoHighLevel, and do I have to use it?
It is the all-in-one platform we build your bookings, CRM and automations on. It replaces the separate booking tool, email tool and forms most naturopaths pay for. If you use Cliniko, Halaxy or Practice Better for clinical notes and rebates, you keep that. GoHighLevel sits in front for enquiries, bookings and follow-up.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays yours and points at the new site when you are ready to launch.
What happens on the free call?
We look at what you have, what is slowing you down, and tell you what we would build, what it costs and how long it takes. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
Built for TGA and ACL
Naturopaths are not AHPRA-registered. The rules that bind you are different.
This trips up almost every generic web agency. Naturopathy is not a registered profession under the National Law, so AHPRA's section 133 does not apply to you. What does apply is the TGA Advertising Code, Australian Consumer Law, your association's code of conduct, and your state's code of conduct for unregistered practitioners.
Testimonials about your service are allowed
Because you are not a registered health profession, the AHPRA testimonial ban is not yours. Client feedback about working with you can appear on your site. We still write it carefully, because Consumer Law still applies.
But not testimonials about products
The TGA Advertising Code restricts practitioner endorsements and testimonials for therapeutic goods advertised to the public. If you stock or recommend supplements, your site cannot use you or your clients to endorse them. We keep your dispensary and your marketing cleanly separated.
No treatment claims for conditions
Restricted and prohibited representations under the TGA rules cover serious conditions. We write service pages that describe your approach and who you work with, rather than claiming to treat named conditions.
Australian Consumer Law still binds everything
Misleading or deceptive conduct applies to every business in Australia, including yours. Pricing, availability, qualifications and results all have to be accurate on the page.
Your association's code sits on top
NHAA, ATMS, ANTA and ARONAH all publish advertising and conduct expectations, and they differ. We build to the stricter reading and tell you where yours is tighter.
We are a web and systems studio, not your regulator or your lawyer. We build to the published TGA Advertising Code and Australian Consumer Law, and we will flag anything that looks risky, but final responsibility sits with you and your association.
