Do I need a separate course platform?

No. Your programs, memberships and community sit in the same account as your website, booking system and CRM. That means one subscription instead of two, and one login for your clients instead of two.

How much does it cost?

The monthly plan most course builds sit on is Growth, at $290 per month with a one-off $3,000 setup. The course or community build itself is scoped and quoted separately, because the size varies enormously between a short program and a full membership.

Who owns the content and the member list?

You do. The same terms apply as to the website and the CRM: it is yours, and you can export your contacts and history whenever you want.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Our typical contract has no lock-in period. It runs month to month.

How quickly do you respond to change requests?

We respond within 48 business hours and begin work then. Larger changes take longer to build, but you will always know where your request sits within two business days.
