Do I own the website?
Yes. It is yours. If you ever leave, you can take it self-hosted and manage it yourself, and your CRM data (contacts and history) exports with you.
How long does it take?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks from when we have your content. You get a launch date on the call, not a vague estimate.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans are month to month. The setup fee is a one-off.
What is the monthly fee actually for?
It covers the system that runs your practice: the booking calendar, CRM, email and SMS automations, and support from a real person. The Growth and Scale plans add monthly updates, Google Business Profile work and Meta ads management.
Do I need to be techy?
No. That is the point. We build it, we run it, and when you need something changed you send a message. We respond within 48 business hours and start work then.
What is GoHighLevel, and do I have to use it?
It is the all-in-one platform we build your bookings, CRM and automations on. It replaces the separate booking tool, email tool and forms most massage therapists pay for. Built for association and ACL rules
Massage therapy is self-regulated. Here is what that means for your site.
Remedial massage is not a registered profession under the National Law, so AHPRA's advertising rules are not yours. Your obligations come from your association's code, your state's code of conduct for unregistered health workers, health fund provider requirements, and Australian Consumer Law.
Client testimonials are allowed
The AHPRA testimonial ban does not apply. Real client feedback can appear on your site, and for a treatment people choose on trust, it matters. We write it so it stays honest about the experience rather than promising relief.
Health fund wording has to be exact
If clients claim rebates, your provider status and modality need to be stated accurately, because funds audit this. We put your provider details where clients and funds can both find them.
Scope of practice on the page
Describing techniques you are qualified in, rather than implying diagnosis or medical treatment, keeps you inside your association's code. We write service pages that way by default.
Bookings that respect consent and privacy
Intake forms collect health information, which is sensitive data. We set up intake so consent is captured and the data is not scattered across three tools.
