Meta ads need a minimum of $30 per day in ad spend, and that goes to Meta, not to us. With the Scale fee on top, budget roughly $1,900 per month all up. Better you know that now than on the call.

What is the minimum ad spend?
$30 per day, and it needs to run uninterrupted. That is about $900 a month going to Meta, on top of the $1,000 per month Scale fee, so the realistic all-in budget is around $1,900 per month.
Why can I not just pause the ads when I get busy?
Pausing resets Meta's learning phase. A campaign spends its first stretch working out who actually converts, and stopping throws that work away, so you end up paying for the same learning twice. If capacity is the problem, we would rather drop the daily budget than pause the campaign.
Do I need the Scale plan to get any marketing at all?
No. Google Business Profile setup and optimisation and automated review request campaigns are included in Growth at $290 per month. Scale at $1,000 per month is the plan that adds Meta ads and the lead funnels.
What can wellness practitioners legally say in their ads?
It depends on your profession, and most web agencies get this wrong. Psychologists are AHPRA-registered, so section 133 of the National Law applies and testimonials about clinical care are not allowed at all. Naturopaths, nutritionists, massage therapists, counsellors and coaches are not AHPRA-registered, so what binds you is the TGA Advertising Code, Australian Consumer Law and your association's code, and the big one there is that you cannot claim to treat named conditions. We build to whichever set applies to you. We are a web and systems studio, not your regulator or your lawyer, so check anything borderline with your association.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Our typical contract has no lock-in period. It runs month to month.
How quickly do you respond to change requests?
We respond within 48 business hours and begin work then. Larger changes take longer to build, but you will always know where your request sits within two business days.
