What does the setup cost?

Tech is $190 per month with a one-off $2,000 setup and covers the booking system, CRM, lead capture and your email and SMS booking automations. Growth is $290 per month with a one-off $3,000 setup and adds monthly software updates, Google Business Profile and automated review requests.

Does this replace my practice management software?

Not always. It depends on whether you need clinical notes and health fund claiming, which is what Cliniko, Halaxy and Practice Better are built for. We wrote a full breakdown of what goes where rather than pretending one tool does everything.

What happens to my GoHighLevel account and data?

The same terms apply. It is yours, and you can export your contacts and history whenever you want. That is your choice to make, not something you need to negotiate.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Our typical contract has no lock-in period. It runs month to month.

How is client health information handled?

Intake forms collect sensitive health information, so we set them up to capture consent explicitly and keep that data in one place rather than scattered across three disconnected tools. What you are required to collect and how long you must retain it depends on your profession and your association, so check your own code of conduct.

How quickly do you respond to change requests?

We respond within 48 business hours and begin work then. Larger changes take longer to build, but you will always know where your request sits within two business days.
