Is EasyAz right for you?

We turn work down often enough that it is worth writing down why. Here is who we are built for, and where you would genuinely be better off elsewhere.

We turn work down often enough that it's worth writing down why. Here's who we're built for, and where you'd genuinely be better off elsewhere.

A small operation. That is the point, and it is also the catch.

Good fit

We're a good fit if…

  • You're already seeing clients. Naturopaths, nutritionists, health coaches, therapists, massage therapists.
  • Admin is eating your time. Manual booking, chasing enquiries, sending reminders by hand.
  • You want one person, not an account manager. Every project is founder-led.
  • You want to own what you pay for. The site is yours, your CRM data exports, no lock-in.
  • You value being told no. We'd rather lose a sale than build something that won't work.

Wrong fit

We're the wrong fit if…

  • You just need a landing page and a booking link. Build it on Carrd or Squarespace, connect Calendly, spend an afternoon on it. Under $200 a year and it'll do the job. Come back when the enquiries you're losing are worth more than the subscription.
  • You're AHPRA-registered in a heavily regulated field. Doctors, psychologists, physios, chiros, osteos: your advertising sits under AHPRA's National Law, with its own rules and its own penalties. A specialist in your registration category will serve you better. That's not modesty, it's a different rulebook.
  • You want the cheapest possible website. There are people who'll build you a site for $500, and some are good. If price decides it, take that option honestly rather than resenting ours.
  • You want ads on a small or interrupted budget. Our floor is $30 a day, running uninterrupted. Below that you pay for Meta's learning phase over and over. Fix the follow-up first: it's free and it converts more.
  • You want to be hands-off entirely. We build and run the systems. We can't be your voice: content and clinical expertise have to come from you.
  • You have no clients yet. Spend the money on your first ten. Systems make an existing practice efficient; they don't create demand.

Why we put this in writing

Most agencies discover the mismatch three weeks into a build, when everyone has already spent money. We'd rather find it on a fifteen-minute call.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a minimum contract?

No. Month to month, no lock-in.

What happens to my website if I stop paying?

You own it. You can move it to your own hosting and self-manage it. If you'd rather not, it comes offline and can be restarted later for a fee. Either way it's yours: nothing is held hostage.

Can I export my data from GoHighLevel?

Yes. Contacts, conversation history and pipeline data all export.

Do you work with doctors or psychologists?

No. AHPRA-registered professions have their own advertising rules and a specialist in that category will serve you better. We work with self-regulated practitioners and coaches.

How fast do you make changes?

We respond within 48 business hours and begin work then. That's a response commitment, not a completion time: a copy tweak is same-day, a new page isn't.

Why is there a minimum ad spend?

Meta needs roughly 50 conversion events to leave its learning phase. Below $30 a day, or with stop-start budgets, you fund that discovery over and over. It's a technical constraint, not a sales tactic.

Still think we are a fit?

Book a 15-minute call. Worst case we tell you what to do instead — several people on this page’s wrong-fit list got that advice from us for free.
