Website pricing, in plain numbers
A website here is part of a monthly package rather than a one-off build, so it keeps getting hosted, updated and supported long after launch day.
Up to 5 pages, hosting, booking system, CRM and lead capture. One-off setup $2,000.
Up to 8 pages, plus monthly website and software updates, Google Business Profile setup and automated review requests. One-off setup $3,000.
On-page SEO is built into every site we make. It is not a separate line item you get quoted for later.

What does a website actually cost?
Two packages include a website. Tech is $190 per month with a one-off $2,000 setup and covers up to 5 pages. Growth is $290 per month with a one-off $3,000 setup and covers up to 8 pages, plus monthly updates and your Google Business Profile. Both include hosting, the booking system and the CRM.
Who owns the website if I stop paying?
You do. If you leave, you can move the site to your own hosting and manage it yourself. If you choose not to take it, the site comes down, and you can restart it later for a fee.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Our typical contract has no lock-in period. It runs month to month.
Is SEO included, or is it extra?
It is included. On-page SEO is part of how we build every site rather than something we sell separately: page titles, headings, structured data, internal linking and page speed are all done as we build.
Do you understand the advertising rules for health practitioners?
It depends on your profession, and most web agencies get this wrong. Psychologists are AHPRA-registered, so section 133 of the National Law applies and testimonials about clinical care are not allowed at all. Naturopaths, nutritionists, massage therapists, counsellors and coaches are not AHPRA-registered, so what binds you is the TGA Advertising Code, Australian Consumer Law and your association's code, and the big one there is that you cannot claim to treat named conditions. We build to whichever set applies to you. We are a web and systems studio, not your regulator or your lawyer, so check anything borderline with your association.
How quickly do you respond to change requests?
We respond within 48 business hours and begin work then. Larger changes take longer to build, but you will always know where your request sits within two business days.
